The staff offers a fast, friendly and professional service. The facility is welcoming. Some spots on the resort seem very cool, and from plastering, but not Rockwell's. The bar is too small. So disappointed upon arrival as they did not mention the ongoing construction with so much closed. Restaurant food is not very good, lack of professional service for what they call a “private resort.” They have an event tonight and closed the pool are with no signage for the kids area to bowl.Not paying the price of a so-called five star resort and getting service of a two star resort atmosphere. .
