We popped in for toasted sandwiches and tea. My husband currently needs the use of a wheelchair. This for the past month has been minus a foot support. We have reported it, but nothing has been done. The gents toilet has been out of use for the past 3 weeks (awaiting the maintenance man!!! Otherwise the Store is fine. Mainly helpful staff. Need to up their ideas for disabled customers. Waited horrendously long time to be served. Queue was endless. Four members of staff serving who were disorganised and inefficient. Food wasn't bad but wouldn't go back as it was just so badly run View all feedback.
