Aside from the fact that I got food poisoning from the tortellini and it being very average Italian food, the thing that pissed me off the most was the lady taking my order told me it would be a 30 min wait. I showed up 32 min after placing the order and had to wait an additional 30 min, all while overhearing her taking new orders over the phone and telling those people it would only be 30 min.
