The driest smoked chicken I have ever had in my life. All of our food was way over cooked, dry and tasteless. It all had the texture of chicken jerky if there is such a thing. We all had to put the chicken pieces in some water and let it soak for a while, then season it a little and finally warm it back up in the microwave for us to be able top chew it.
