They ALWAYS have my order exactly the way I want it! These workers take pride in what they prepare and serve. I've never had chicken or any of the sides for that matter out of order. They clean the grease regularly which makes a very big difference in the taste of the food and other KFC'S are truly lacking in that aspect. The staff is courteous and very pleasant.
