The facility itself was very unkept. Grime and dust everywhere from the ceiling and fixtures to oozing out from behind the counter on the floor. I should have taken that as a warning. Either the fries had thawed before they were cooked or the fry oil hasn't been changed for a very long time. I requested a new batch of fries and they still tasted horrible.
