Today, we visited the Island Grille restaurant for a birthday lunch and were extremely disappointed and disrespected. I ordered the Wasabi Salmon cooked medium, but it arrived overcooked and dry. After flagging down a waitress/bartender, she brought me a new portion that was raw and cold on the inside.
