I went out to eat today for the first time in a while. I ordered the chicken marsala and fried calamari from a local restaurant. The calamari was a bit tough, likely from being cut too thin for the trip home. It's best enjoyed straight out of the kitchen. The chicken marsala was overly sweet and poorly prepared.
