Ordered Just the Brisket.OH THE BRISKET!!!! Paper Thin Slices, who Slices Brisket so Thin ???? Those That Can’t Cook a Tender Brisket. Appears they don’t trim any Fat, as the first Container was 70% Fat. I Purchased 3lbs. Definitely a Hugh Disappointment!!!! Drenched in sauce which also terrible. Don’t waste your time or money.
