Ihop - Florence

What User likes about Ihop:
I stopped here for a late breakfast and was greeted immediately. Deidra provided excellent customer service and hospitality. Cornell, a great guy and trainer, was also wonderful. I highly recommend stopping in if you're in the area and looking for a clean place with great service. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Ihop:
I've been there twice and each time both of the ladies that served my table with excellent so they have a great service. I'm telling you they are wonderful but the thing that got to me. Some of the employees were very loud in the back and use words that I call substitute words or you can say profanity.
