My experience at this restaurant, located in the hotel where we were staying, was unexpectedly delightful. Although there was no mention on the website about needing a reservation, we were able to get a table at the bar. The drinks were superb and the bartender was attentive. The ambiance is lovely at Victor's although we changed tables because the initial one was just too dark. The piano playing was lovely. The waiter was attentive and friendly, would highly recommend asking for Maurice. However, on the downside, the time it took to receive our salads was excessive, then again a loooong wait for our meals.
