Yesterday, 3 of us were at The Waterfront a few minutes before 5:00 for dinner. We expected to order Happy Hour drinks and were advised Happy Hour just ended. We were seated before 5:00. Our waitress said she would check with her manager. After 10 minutes she returned and said she could not help except to offer one person Happy Hour pricing.
