Absolutely a horrible experience. I LOVE Chicken Express, but will NEVER return to this location. Waited 20+ minutes for tenders and fries (all the while, 2 employees were throwing a football in the parking lot). Paid for 2 extra biscuits, all 3 were hockey pucks.
