always closed to the uncomfortable times, like the 1st brigade, which is closed at the same time, but the poor will still take their meal card money. with which is said, the sweat try their best, while most of the ncos are some of the worst excuses for leaders I have ever met, and eating is moderate, but will fill them when it is cooked halfway neatly.
