I had my daughters 1st birthday event and Hickory Sticks catered for us. I must say they did an amazing job. Not only was the food spectacular, the staff was amazing. Went in about 830pm and ordered her version of a Cuban sandwich to go. The meat was garbage. The meat was dry and strict as it was left out for 5 hours. I understand that BBQ was the limited durability, but if you are open until night, you need to make new meat during the day. It's bad because I heard good things about this place. View all feedback.
