The big difference between this place and others I saw is that they make the sushi rolls fresh while I was there. The roles are of medium quality, nothing special. Spring rolls were boiled in fresh oil. They also sell their teriyaki sauce in a bottle for 6.99. Their dishes and rice are fresh and tasty with decent amount of products. Good thing I paid the extra $3.50 for double beef. Cuz half of what I got would be sfa. I love Edo. Literally subsisted on it during University. I was so excited when they opened in my home town! I keep coming back about every 4-5 months hoping this place will become legitimate. So disapointing compared with any other Edo. Noodles always overdone. Rice always old and to wet. Chincy.
