Great location in the heart of Patriot Place. Clean rooms. Very modern look all around. Nice staff. Disappointing the club reception is still closed. They used to offer an evening reception, drinks, apps. This is still not available post covid. Also, they have a beautiful bar/dining but it's not open till 5pm. Would be great to have it open noon on for drinks, snacks. Food they do offer is amazing. View all feedback.

I'm not sure how anyone rates this a good hotel for a Renaissance. No room service, terrible views, terrible location, water stains in the ceiling, shower curtain rod fell down, bathroom wall fittings falling out of the wall and sink. Avoid room 216. View all feedback.
