No, they weren 't busy or full, it 's just that the greeter was in the back and no one else who was free took it upon themselves to seat me. Food was fine. Server was pleasant and quick. A cook had called off. We weren't warned of the long ticket times before being seated. It wasn't until we had waited an hour that we were warned.
