Vegan Eggplant Parm Sub is really great! Went in person last week and the sweet potato fries were amazing, crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. I was craving them again. Ordered and they are SO different, really soggy and a bit cold despite being 7 mins away. They dont seem to even be cut the same.
