Went to the Freo market last week and came across this new place near the fruit section of the market. Out of curiosity, I tried their bone marrow rice and stay chicken. Wow, the food is so yummy and reminds me of my trip to Bali. The chicken satay is so juicy and tender, accompanied by the yellow bone marrow rice cooked in a banana leaf topped by the authentic Indonesian chilli...its absolutely delicious. Thanks Flu... this place is unique with the wood charcoal knochenmark reis. on the fire boiled makes it smokey still crispy at the sides. loves the taste with the right amount of chili. general lamb. extra satay sauce and sambal chili when they dine there. downsides- limited seating (although awaiting the market) and long wait as it is a small stall and is quite busy. will be back soon!
