So this top is for drinking without a straw. How am I supposed to get to the boba? The outside of the cup was super sticky all over and it got on my hands and my car. Please clean the cup before handing it to customers. I ordered half sugar, it tastes like 150% sugar. Also ordered waffles and it was handed to me raw and soggy. I really wanted a refund.
