Very disappointed. I was looking for a Birria place in Fresno and after reading reviews, I decided to give it a try. I ordered for a large bowl of birria de Chivo, just meat, no fat. My birria had so much fat and cueros . The flavor was missing. The caldo was very blend and the tortillas estaban desabridas... I also ordered a Quesabirria....
