I'm from out of town, I was looking for a place to eat, I found the Tulare st. Bistro. I am a bit of a foodie so I can definitely appreciate their style of food. I ordered a tuna melt, hands down the best one I ever ate. I'm not saying best in the world, that would be lies as I have not eaten all available tuna melts from all restaurants in the world. Good presentation on social media, food was disappointing I ordered huevos rancheros and the beans weren?t authentic Mexican beans they were sweet beans tasted from the can.
