(27.02.2018; outside temperature -13C) the temperature in the room was >25C without any option to adjust it. when I asked at the recepeption to reduce the temperature in my room the answer was that no individual room temperatures are possible and the receptionist is not allowed to adjust the general temperature level. so I had to sleep with an open window and waste energy!! what a shame!!! imagine the overall waste of energy in the whole hotel. unbelievable!!.
