I long since should have left a five star review. I use to stop in every Sunday morning and order five drinks for everyone on my crew in ER. And they were always phenomenal and kind, even when they were busy. This Sunday, however, I had ordered through Doordash, and unfortunately my Shaken Espresso was all cream and no Espresso. : Since they're the closest Starbucks, I just assumed it was them and showed up for that... I loved this Starbucks, service has always been great and friendly staff. Recently however, there have been 5 or 6 homeless individuals inside each time I stop by. Today, one of these individuals had a baseball bat, others were asleep in the chairs, bags of their belongings scattered throughout the area. I understand providing service to paying customers, but where do you draw the line? View all feedback.
