the person who served us apparently did not speak English and did not try to help us. the hired was unprepared and rude, the only purpose of which was to release us as soon as possible, without even worrying about what was actually happening. we asked (only a milk coffee and brot!) a very bad experience among all the caffes we have tried throughout Germany!
