The Jerk Chicken Sandwich I tried at Trucking Delicious was not impressive. The chicken was well seasoned but dry and tough, and the bread was too dense. I suggest toasting the bread and thinning out the chicken to improve the sandwich. Adding more slaw and sauce would also help bring moisture back.
