I have always been a fan of this place for YEARS! We went last Friday and I doubt we will ever return. The woman behind the counter was waiting on a gentleman when I walked in. After taking his order, she decided to stock shelves as I stood there waiting to be helped. Finally after quite a bit of time she waited on me, begrudgingly.
