My daughter and I used the app to order our food today. I'm picky on how I like my food so I asked for my bacon western cheese burger to have a fresh onion ring and no bbq sauce and Luis took my special request. What Alex doesn't like about Carl’s Jr.:
They forgot my burger in my take-out order and I didn't find out until I got home. When I drove back to get it, they didn't apologize and shut the drive thru door in my face. Food way okay, but the service ticked me off a lot. Also my food got cold. I'd visit another location next time. View all feedback.
