I ordered a XL build your own pizza with pepperoni, bacon, beef, onions, and bell peppers. The pizza tasted good, but it was cold. I ordered delivery and it showed up 25 minutes after the end of the given time window. (I only live 10 min from the restaurant) I knew when it arrived that it was going to be cold because the box wasn't even warm. Got 1 out of 3 items I ordered. Driver says there was only 1 item to pick up. I'm not sure what is going on with Palio's but this has happened 2 out of the last 3 times I ordered from them. I got a refund but that's little consolation for not having what I ordered. The pizza was cold with not much cheese and a cardboard crust. I will not be ordering here again. View all feedback.
