This was the 2nd time we dined here. Our first was for lunch and the pork ribs and brisket were superb. This time was for dinner and the ribs were dry and tough. The brisket portion was half the size as our previous time. I can only imagine the ribs and brisket is smoked cooked earlier in the day then left to dry out by dinner.
