Horrible customer service! Scheduled a birthday party weeks in advance, reserve lanes with cake and pizza just to called a couple hours before the party to be told that we no longer have our reservation because of a competition that they have going onand there won't be a lanes available, and to be told that my 11-year-old and all of his friends can hang out in the BAR orarcade area until a lane POSSIBLY opens meaning...
