I have been here about six times in the past 2 months. All six times order has been wrong. Lack of management paying attention to workers. Workers are lazy. I do believe many can not read. Receipt is correct but food is wrong. This restaurant is going down fast. View all feedback.
The place is clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent food!
I don't know what it is with this Portillo's. I always get BAD SERVICE at this particular place...
