Arrived at 2.10 for a hot lunch in what I would consider tourist season but we were 10 minutes too late for a hot lunch. Pathetic the Monday after a folk festival weekend. We have to send someone home at 2.00 is not an excuse it is a money saving measure to ensure you don't meet customer needs. Very poor service. View all feedback.
