Ordered lean brisket. As you can see in the Pic, it was not lean. Not even close. Brisket had a good flavor but not very smoky. Dino rib was mostly bone and fat. Very little meat for the high cost. Jalapeno sausage was weird. It had these blobs in it. Not sure what they were. Don't think they were fat. Didn't taste like cheese. Filler, I guess.
