Le restaurant le Vieux Logis est un lieu incontournable à Gerberoy, l'un des plus beaux villages de France. Malheureusement, le Chef semble avoir perdu un peu la main. J'ai été déçu par le menu gourmand, qui quoique copieux, n'était pas à la hauteur de mes attentes : apéritif à la rose trop sucré, entrée de thon cru sans saveur.....
