We enjoy Bonchon but don't go often because the wait for making the chicken tends to be long. However, it was fairly short this time maybe because we didn't get the drumsticks? The server was attentive and the food was delicious. Our only comment is that the chicken chunks aren't big on the Crunchy Chicken Bowl so double frying them made them hard and not as juicy.
