This restaurant has several theme nights a year and I recently visited the white truffle evening. The 7-speed set menu was absolutely exquisite and included wine paring for CHF169 per person. The only catch is that you had to buy your truffles for the evening at 5,50 CHF per gram. Ouch. Very splashy dinner, but it was finger-licking good. And as always, the service was phenomenal!
