if you make drinks and hand them to the wrong car, it's not asking too much to have it remade, and i'm an ex barista at a different store. even if the customer was rude, if i handed them out to the wrong person who held it in their space, i would gladly remake it bc i understand. the blonde barista who took my order was really rude. there was also only one car behind me, so drive thru times shouldnt have been that ba...
