That was the best single serve roast chicken dinner I've had in a long time. The carrots and potatoes were crispy and roasted the peas and chicken were hot. A great idea that you put the gravy in a separate pot so I can pour on afterwards it keeps the roasted food crispy and delicious... the chicken was tender and perfectly cooked.
