I feel like I got scammed. When I went in, there wasn 't a sign regarding an overfilled cup. I picked up a cup that said it was a flat rate. I swirled the icecream up past the brim as I do at the icecream shop I work at. My total was about 20 dollars for 2 flat rate cups. Flat rate means it is a fixed rate. It’s a nice place I guess. The flavors are basic, same with the toppings but overall not bad.
