I have the opportunity to check this place to bring something nice to my customers and try some of their vegan selection. I had first the mushroom perashki (mushrooms vegetables in a brot, then deep roasted. then followed an apricot ponchik (think jelly donut). both objects are fried. my heart hurts. btw, when I gave the box to my friends, her commentary was deep-fried. all deep-fried taste.
