What Steph Myers doesn't like about El Pollo Loco:
The drive thur cashier needs to work on custom service. She forgot to give us our drink with our order. She handed us our food, then shut the window and walked away. I had to wave my hands to get her attention to ask for another Cilantro sauce. She started to talk to me in Spanish. I dont even speak Spanish. She told me I would have to pay for it.
