What Neal Marx doesn't like about Papa Johns Pizza:
Ordered $69 worth of pizza through the Papa John's app and they had a door dash driver deliver it. I get that they're busy but they forgot half my order the dasher was very apologetic and called the location to let them know and they told her that they would not remake the pizza. This is outlandish and theft I will be taking this issue up with cooperate. Poor management and care for the customer. View all feedback.
