This dunkin is my favorite! Always busy, but fast and efficient! My favorite staff there is Kenny! He is ALWAYS there and is so beautiful as he takes orders, greets me while he commands other peoples and assures me that my food will soon be out, always has a smile on his face. I know they switched management and I have been patient, but the new management sucks! Tell me how on a Tuesday morning at 9:35am, you are out of old fashioned donuts (as usual) and they were out of crossiants! Whoever is in charge of ordering supplies needs to be fired. I don't see this lasting, the service has been subpar since the new people took over. View all feedback.
