We gave up on Chili's a couple of years ago due to poor service and decided on giving them another chance tonight. Bad decision. We were sat, and they were half empty on a Friday night. We sat for 10 minutes. Several staff walked by, but not one said hello or even that they would be with us shortly. Simply ignored. We finally just walked out.
