This was first time here, ordered the fish burger and fries and it was pretty amazing. The bartender was really nice and attentive, it's a big bar and restaurants at the hotel next thr the Grand Rapids museum and in downtown. It was ? Decorated fir Christmas ? and really clean. All of the reviews were spot on, unfortunately. Service was super slow and quite unfriendly. The kids menu has advertised that “kids eat free” and in the fine print it does not mention anything about it being for hotel guests only.
