I ordered for the first time tonight. eating should take 40 minutes instead of it took 1 hour 30 minutes and there were no excuses. then they had forgotten some parts of my order when I called them to tell them that they were so rude and unapocal. the woman I spoke with was very rude, has taken over zero responsibility. once I had asked to speak to the manager, then she hung me up!
