Two of us stopped at this cozy restaurant off Hwy 11 N, just south of Gravenhurst. We ordered the cabbage rolls as well as the pickerel. Both mains were homemade and DELICIOUS. The portions were large, well seasoned, and tasty. Our server was friendly and efficient. This place is definitely worth a visit. View all feedback.

Mr. Moose is in it's first year/season and I was happy to see it open up. They have been renovating for two years, the owner told me as I went for a walk out back of the restaurant to see the grounds. The menu is simple, comfort food you'd expect to find in a cute place with log siding. The staff has been very accommodating on both of my visits. Once for breakfast, once for lunch.
