Later after leaving the cottage. Tired and just wanted a meal and a break. We are rowing behind a large extended family (12 plus) and thought oh no?. There was also a sign that brief staff announced and asked for patience. The staff was excellent! Calms and unbalanced despite the large number of orders. The staff was efficient and friendly. Swiss Chalet has been on the hill since the pandemic. This location is the worst franchise I?ve with overcooked chicken (dry) and pommes. Dining room is still open, they close at 8PM, and property / management simply does not have the skills to keep staff. I live in Gravenhurst, when to Swiss Chalet regularly in Bracebridge when I lived there?but I made food from this place. View all feedback.
